We make sure that you get the best pieces of fashion delivered right at your doorstep without any inconvenience. And, because happiness is to be delivered for free, we do not charge anything for shipping (forward only). Yes, you heard it right, FREE shipping!

Once the order is placed, you’ll get your package within 3-7 business days depending upon the delivery location. Currently, we’re delivering pan India. So, no matter which part of the country you’re living in, you can always reach out to us! Also, choosing a daytime delivery address (if possible) would help us serve you better.

Kindly do not accept the delivery if the product packaging is damaged. In such a scenario, please reach out to our customer care team along with a photograph (if possible). We’ll look into the matter as soon as possible and arrange for the delivery of a fresh product within 7-10 working days. 

In case you’ve changed your mind and would like to cancel the order, please convey your decision to our customer support team via mail (email address) or phone (phone number) within 24 hours of successful order placing.

It is a humble request to cross-check your details before successfully placing an order. In case of non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we would not be responsible. Further, an additional delivery cost of Rs. 100 would be borne by the customer. However, if the non-delivery is due to lost-in-transit, we will take full responsibility and would return/refund your order.

 

Exchange/Returns

We would be more than happy to take full responsibility if any product related error has been made from our side. Thus, we offer Exchange/Return service if the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect in terms of size, color and/or design.

Here are a few pointers that’ll make this process easier for you:

  1. The Return/Exchange is only valid if you raise a request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Once a request is raised, our delivery partner will pick the product within 2 working days from the same address used while placing the order..
  3. Product should be unused, and in the same condition and packaging as received to facilitate the exchange/return process. The product will undergo a quality check once we receive it.
  4. Once the product passes our inspection check, the approval/rejection for Return/Exchange would be conveyed to you. This discretion lies with the team of Bombay Racks.
  • In case of Approved Return: A refund of the entire amount minus shipping cost of Rs. 100 will be initiated within 48 hours of approval. The amount would be transferred to the same bank account which was used while placing the order. Generally, the amount is credited within 4-14 working days.
  • In case of Approved Exchange: Typically, the exchange for another product is based on its availability. Further, shipping charges are applicable and depend upon the number of products you order.

However, in special cases where the pincode does not fall in the serviceable area or if we’re unable to arrange a reverse pick up, customers are requested to arrange for the same. To accommodate this, we will refund shipping charges upto Rs 65. Further, in such cases, products should be dispatched within 7 days of successful delivery. You must send the delivery receipt at [email protected] for initiating the delivery refund process.
