Is it safe to make online payments on your website?
Yes, it is! When you check out, your payment will be made with our partner Payment Gateway – Razorpay. This is a secure gateway which is widely used by mnay businesses across India. BombayRacks does not capture, process or save any sensitive information.
Do you accept UPI payments?
Yes, we do, you can make payments using your preferred UPI app.
How do I make a payment for my order?
Our Payment Gateway partner accepts all major Debit/Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard, Rupay, American Express, Maestro) and UPI, Netbanking and Wallet payments.
Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
No, we do not have COD option for now but will soon be available.
There was an error while completing the payment and the amount is debited from my account.
There may be rare ocassions when transactions can fail due to certain reasons. Do not worry, your money is absolutely safe and will either reach us or will be refunded back to your account.
What if BombayRacks receives the payment after a transaction error?
If BombayRacks receives the payment, we will manually process your order and you will receive an order confirmation email once this is done. In case you receive an error during the transaction, you can email us on [email protected] and we’ll hapilly assist you with the same.
Should I place another oder in case the first attempt fails?
Yes, you can. In case the first payment goes through as well, we can refund it back to you. You can mail us on [email protected] and we’ll happily assist you with the same.
